London Cornish Player Selected for Cheshire County Championship Squad

Sam Cottrell has been selected at scrum-half for Cheshire in the forthcoming County Championship. Sam joined the London Cornish from New Brighton RFC last month which meant he was too late to register for the 1st XV for this season. He becomes the second player, after Andrew Cook, to be selected for the County Championship whilst playing for London Cornish. Sam has confirmed that he will be listing London Cornish RFC - not New Brighton RFC - as his club in the county match programme.
