Are you old enough and/or wise enough to become a 'Sage'?
This association of former rugby players and supporters of the game meet on the 1st Thursday of every month at 2.00pm, to enjoy a pint and a pasty, to reminisce about past times and to talk about present day rugby.
Meetings are held at different Rugby Clubs each month throughout the year and the gathering always concludes with a good sing-song under the able baton of the chairman Harvey Richards. Numbers usually total about 30 stalwarts, but new faces are always made most welcome.
Why not give it a try? Come along and join the stars of yesterday including 'International' and former 'County' players for a couple of enjoyable hours.
Advance notice of venues is always given in the local press - the meeting in July will be at Falmouth RFC on 3rd July.
