Dear All,

I hope you are well and enjoying the season.

I'm sure you're aware over the last couple of years there have been problems with clubs/organisations completing CRB forms incorrectly etc. This then leads to me having to check every form that comes in, write a letter to each individual, log the application and their details onto a spreadsheet then post back.

I'm sure all clubs would rather the CRB process was a quick and smooth one, as would you and I.

Can I therefore ask you to forward this or make sure every club in your CB or Referee Society see's this email or link below (which is on the RUSafe website) and that they seriously take it onboard?

It's in everyone's interest to get the forms right first time so that we can spend the time here at Twickenham entering the forms onto Rugby First without having to spend long periods rejecting forms. CRB disclosures will then be issued far quicker, there will be less chance of application forms going astray in the postal system and volunteers can begin their roles properly much sooner.
