Dateline: 18th October 2009 By Mike Bratt VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR Voluntary Role - 3 hours per week approx. Our volunteers are priceless - And so are your ideas! You will develop and manage a volunteer programme and budget for Cornwall. This will involve sharing good practices for volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition across all our member rugby clubs as well as implementing good practices for volunteers involved in County Rugby. As a member of the Cornwall RFU CBRDP Committee, you will have the support of a dedicated team of volunteers, who have many years experience developing rugby. Your full-time local RFU Rugby Development Officer will also provide assistance. You will also be the point of contact for RFU Volunteer Team.
