Cornwall played their third match of the 2011 Bill Beaumont Cup (Division 1 South) at Canterbury Rugby club against Kent today and the full time score is as follows:

Kent 34 v Cornwall 42

This was always going to be a tough game as the loser was going to drop out of the cup. Credit to Kent, who put up a determined fight, never letting us get a clear points gap. Several times, the lead swapped. In the end, the finish was far closer than the points suggest. Very well played to Kent and commiserations to them.
